The Thrive Challenge App is chock-full of features to help you take charge of your well-being. On top of logging your Better Choices and reading inspiring stories from your fellow community members, you can also use the Reset Guide: a special feature that combines images, music, and uplifting quotes that will bring you joy, lessen stress, and boost your mood in just 60 seconds. Check out these simple tips to help you get the most out of Reset:
- Tap the “Toolbox” tab on the bottom of your screen. Then, tap “Reset” to open it.
- Follow the prompts on your screen. Then, you’ll be brought to your library of Reset guides. You can choose a preset guide, like “Nature” or “Animals,” by tapping on it.
- Or, you can create your own guide by tapping the “Add guide” in the lower right corner of your screen. There you can choose images from the “Thrive Gallery” or your own photo gallery. You can pick anything from images of your family, friends, and pets to snapshots of you doing something you love! You can also choose from a variety of inspiring quotes to add to your 60-second Reset guide. Then, tap the “audio” button in the lower right corner and select a song from “Thrive Sounds” or your own music library. Lastly, tap the “Preview” button in the lower right corner to name your guide and confirm your image and quote selections. Tap “Save Guide” in the lower right corner, and you’ve successfully created your own Reset Guide!
- Now comes the fun (and relaxing!) part. Choose which Reset guide you’d like to recharge from by tapping on it. Then, sit back, relax, and follow the “inhale” and “exhale” prompts at the bottom of your screen. By taking some deep breaths and tuning into images and sounds you love, you’ll be feeling less stressed in just one minute.
